Design Process & Pricing
Let's start with a quick questionnaire and discovery call. In this complimentary 30 minute phone call, we'll discuss your project goals, timeline and budget. We'll also share a little more about how we work and determine if we are a good fit! Each project phase is briefly outlined below.
Room Redesign / Nursery Design / STR Design
What's Included?
- The process includes an online questionnaire, discovery call, in-person consultation and two rounds of design concept revisions. Your design will include selection of furniture, fixtures, textiles, and décor. Your design plan includes a final presentation, digital floorplan, 2D rendering, shopping list, and install guides.

Investment
- Starting at $500 per room
- A $75 consultation fee will go toward your design project
The process usually takes 2-4 weeks per room*

A-La-Carte
What's Included?
- A custom service for those who are not interested in the full design package but need support with, space planning, aesthetic direction, furnishing, styling, art and decor, etc.

Investment
- $75/ hour
Project Phases
1
In-Home Consultation. We’ll meet in your home to discuss the project in detail, your aesthetic, measure and photograph your space. The meeting will be 1 hour long.

Space Planning. We’ll review all your information and put together a functional floor plan for your space.

Design Concept. We’ll deliver a design presentation including either a concept board or 2D rendering (whichever you choose), floor plan and furniture/lighting schedules.

Edit & Refine. We’ll edit and refine the design concept to find what works best for your space (two rounds of revisions).

Purchasing. We’ll either procure everything you’ve chosen or provide a shopping list for you to place the orders. Another option is in-person shopping (subject to additional fees).

Installation. We'll provided an installation guide for each product as needed. You'll be able to reference your design plan to
pull the room together with all the items suggested.
